Overview

ChatAI (“the App”) is designed with privacy as a core principle. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your data.

In short: ChatAI does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. All your conversations stay on your device.

Data Collection

ChatAI does not collect any data. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No crash reports sent to external services
• No data is transmitted to any server
• No accounts or sign-ups required

Data Storage

All conversations and chat history are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not backed up to any external server.

Local On-Device Intelligence

ChatAI uses Apple's on-device intelligence framework (FoundationModels) to generate responses. All AI processing happens locally on your iPhone.

Apple's own privacy policies apply to the on-device AI processing. For more information, see Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

ChatAI does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. There are no external network calls made by the app.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Individual chats: Swipe left on a chat and tap Delete
• All chats: Go to Settings > Delete All Chats
• Complete removal: Uninstalling the app removes all data from your device

Children's Privacy

ChatAI does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
